It is undoubtedly a luxury option when you are in Glasgow. Magnificent and unbeatable location, good service, overall immaculately clean place. The staff are attentive and deserve a 3-star rating. The exceptional restaurant is a nice plus.

Hotel was central and price was good. Breakfast was reasonable. Room wash clean and warm.
Site advises that parking was limited but does not say that you have to call the hotel directly to ensure a space. I requested parking when booking, but was advised on arrival that there was no space so would have to use ncp 200 yards away.

We have stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions and have always found it to be clean, friendly and very handy to main shopping area. The breakfast is also very good.

I was between buses and had been traveling without a bank card. It had been a long day, and it was wonderful to come into that welcoming room after an all day journey and have a cup of tea. The staff were accomodating and polite, the breakfast was great. It all felt comfortable and easy.
